Ways to Participate!
1. Purchase a Memory Walk sign: Memorialize your loved one with a memory sign. Signs will be displayed in front of Grace Community Church on Sunday, April 24, 2022 from noon to 3pm.
2. Register as a walker: By registering as a walker you will receive a T-shirt that you can wear with pride as you support your local not-for-profit hospice.
3. Become a Hospice Hero: Create you own fundraising page, set a goal, share your story and help raise funds for our mission.
4. Donate to support our mission: Right now is a crucial time for our patients and their loved ones and general operating support makes a huge difference. Donate here to help us continue our superior care and superior service to the members of your community.
